<True Legacy> Level 25, well established, solid guild. Experienced management, a commited core of raiders, serious in raids casual in scedule.
Mature, drama-free, friendly atmosphere. Our core members are raiding together since TBC (on different server, we did a servertransfer not log ago to a higher populated server). ***Recruiting raiders to complete our ten man raidteam (DS HC, MoP)*** We currently need A well geared (390+), commited and skilled healer, preferably a Resto Druid. Also looking for Frost DK Shadowpriest Mage We also always willing to revieuw/concider applies from any classes/specs not listed above from players that will fitt our guild/raiding policy. What's important to us Appart from the obvious knowledge, skill, raidexperience : Loyalty - We are looking for players that want to become part of the core raiding team and are looking for a long term guild membership. Atmosphere - We take pride in our great guild atmosphere and our ability to raid in a serious way without blaming, flaming, swearing and (loot)drama. No matter how skilled and experienced a player is, we don't settle for less then respectfull, mature, friendly members. Commitment - We are a small guild and rely on each other to sign in, show up, give 100%. Raiders should be able to balance their RL with the raidingscedule. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 21:00-23.30 Servertime We offer : - A garanteed raidingspot (for classes/specs that fitt the need description) - Well organised raids with experienced raidleaders - Resources for loyal raiders (repairs during raids, enchants/gems, couldron, feasts) - Progress in a team that has mature, respectfull, experienced, skilled players - a well established, well organised, stable lvl 25 guild - fair lootdistribution - Ventrillo server Our short term raiding plan We cleared 8/8 DS Normal pre-nerf and can't wait to start Dragon Soul Heroic. The current members of the raidteam are ready for it, we just need to fill a few empty slots and create a full team of reliable players. We will aim for a full Heroic DS clear. Long term plan Most of us have the garanteed MoP Béta pass and we are planning to explore MoP to prepair for the expansion. Once MoP hits we will level, gear up and start raiding asap. Our recruitment strategy Our recruitment strategy is based on maintaining a steady, well balanced raidgroup and protect our highly valued atmosphere. We don't settle for less then the combination of a skilled, experienced, commited player and the social, respecfull "person behind the Char". We will check applicants on the Armory (gear, experience), WoW-Realms (previous guilds), and have a brief intervieuw in Vent (attitude, maturity and more in depth question about playstyle, performance etc).
