Hello there!
Yesterday (the night before the server reset) I looked at all my points such as Conquest, Valor and all that. I stumbled upon a very odd thing.. I had 1050 valor points registered to my character for this (that) week alone. The cap is 1000, which it clearly states when you hove the mouse over it. Anyway, I made a ticket to the GMs to see if ths was normal. And keep in mind, I didn't care if I got those extra 50 points or not since this was clearly a bug. I'll qoute my ticket and the response I got down below to show you how a bad, lay moderator treats a ticket. My Ticket: Hey! The Answer: Greetings Petarn, In short, this GM is telling me about what valor is, how you get it and how you can get by each week. Thank you for that 'no sh!t' information which I already knew! You see.. my question was clear; is this normal or just a minor bug which occur once in a while? - not; what is valor points and I need all in-depth information which the window you get by hovering the mouse over it already give me! What I'm trying to say is.. You need better GMs or at least spend some time to actually read the tickets and not only keywords - in this case; Valor points. Thank you for your patience and understanding. //By the way.. I don't know with the rest of the community but I for one am no fan of getting a bunch of smileys in a message I consider important - thank you x2// |

Game Masters are human (believe it or not) just like you and me, and they can make mistakes and/or misunderstand a ticket. If you wish to provide feedback of the service received, you should email it to WoWConcernsEU@Blizzard.com
I'd also suggest you to edit out the Game Masters name. |

Greetings Petarn
I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. You would do better to email Senior team directly using the WoWconcernsEU@blizzard.com address. All mails received at this address will be read and responded to individually by a member of the management team, and it will allow them to investigate whether matters could have been handled better (always by following the game policies). |
