Just reading these forums and taking into account the general unpleasantness and that the WoW community is even more vicious than ever, I think it would be a good idea for Blizzard to clarify the situation regarding this GY farming premade business and what their stance is on it.
It seems to be standing at a stalemate with both sides thinking they are right and I am pretty disappointed that a Blue has not even acknowledged this as it seems to be causing such a huge rift. Please could Blizzard step in an clear things up, what is and is not allowed, and clarify once and for all. Then everyone on both sides can move along and decide what they want to do about it. Hey, i dont think they mod the forums too heavily over the weekend other than ingame bugs & techinical issues, monday maybe your best oppourtunity.

According to their Terms of Use this shouldn't be allowed to continue if I read it right, so I'm interested in what the official word on it is too.

Wait, you think that graveyard camping is wrong? I think making Real ID premades for the sole purpose of camping the graveyard is wrong, yes. I don't consider that to be PvP. |

Hey we do other things than just camp GY!
We have fun on the bridge and do fake push back and forth to lure Horde lemmings out of the holes too! Basically we are having organized fun. Horde should just spend more time retaliating and fight back! Its still a 40 vs 40 man fight. Not our fault you have cowards who would rather stand in ghostform than help out. |

We just won a premade 40 vs 40, looked like both sides had a lot of great fun. they are complaining about gy farming, that's someting for a 10v10 WSG or TP, and actually i've been farming too but not in a premade, just a random group seeing the opportunity given by the other side. It always takes two to tango...... |

Unfortunately we've not yet heard a word from Blizzard representatives, but the views of our renowned Alliance and Horde wing commanders are surprisingly similar!

Which is all ironic because for the past few years AV was mostly a zerg rush in which the other objectives, including rescuing the Wing Commanders, became much less of a priority or even totally forgotten ._. Now it's completely at the other extreme where one premade side camps the random group at a gy for half an hour. Errrr |

I think you missed Nelles point, and the OPs, Its our RealId HK farm group and hordes equivilant farm group that most of this forum are raging about, we just had a clash premade v premade but the norm is not against premade, we normally do get pugs and farm them, thats whats causing all this rage. We do have a small element of gy camp but our tacts are vastly better than that. In the end yes horde if you want to say it got camped, but not your typical all the way gy camp, a more controlled style of camping, with some old school gy camping thrown in from time to time. Still, this is pvp and about tactics to get a win, if ours work, why change them, also as i previously said in my Hk post, the addon cant be classes as a exploit because now cross realm is available all this is possible through an organised vent setup without this addon in question, so blizz would have to stop cross realm bgs for this in essence to stop. |
