Prologue
Hello everyone, we, as a guild left the game a while ago to pursue finer treasures in the Star Wars MMO, and a lot of our members from the WoW guild transferred into our Star Wars guild. However, management have made a decision that it'd be really great if we could get our WoW guild up and running again. This is a verbatim excerpt from our website describing what the guild is about: Welcome to Descendants of Madness, we're a multifaceted gaming clan that was created just under two years ago and is primarily active in Star Wars: The Old Republic. We are a guild that understands that people have real lives, and cannot be wedged behind a computer screen 24/7. That said, we are not a guild where slacking is allowed, and certainly not encouraged. We expect our members to be up to date with the latest information on boss tactics/game strategies very soon after they're released. In our games where character equipment is important, we expect our members' characters to be optimised to the best of their ability. So if you think this guild suits you then please visit our forums, and post an application in the WoW area. Our Current Progress So, with our previous members (about 4 of these will be playing) we got a full clear in Firelands, and a few on heroic, and we currently have 1/8 in Dragon Soul HC. Raid Times Sunday - 20:00 - 23:30 Tuesday - 20:00 - 23:30 Thursday - 20:00 - 23:30 Attendance Expectations As I pointed out in the prologue, 100% attendance is not a necessity, however the higher attendance, the better! Please only apply if: You can make all 3 raid days on a regular basis. You can stay for all 3 1/2 hours and won't have to leave early or arrive late. You won't take very frequent AFK's in raids! (I mean after every boss) Gear Requirements We require you to have a full set of enchants and at the very least, the blue quality gems in every slot. Epic gems are a bonus and would be really nice to have a few of. We also require you to have a decent set of PvE gear, from firelands, LFR and HoT heroic dungeons. I think this guild needs a roleplaying addition or it doesn't really conform to the server policy. We do have a roleplay division, in fact Kelstena takes it so seriously, he raids IC, and that's why he only does 19k DPS. True story. |
