Frost Mage or Shadow Priest for burst?

While reading this post several thousand wow players died in a deep freeze.

although mindspike does hit rather hard in it's own right

Shadow priest has sick burst too. You just can't deliever that as often or as easily as a frost mage.

I would say mage burst is always reliable on demand while sps are a bit more rng and pulling out the burst as a mage is much easier but when that rng mind blast hits it can global anything I have reached 70k mind blasts on my sp

mage is very fun to play in bgs, most bgs i dont even die because of the amount of CC i can do and how easy it is to get out of combat

...since wings have 90 secs CD and u need 3 orbs and even Power Torrent up + trinket, yes but MS MS MS (if lucky) MB SW:D SW:D can kill many bears and blood DKs around :) |

priest has higher burst and is more fun to play imho if your considering rerolling.
The difference is that mages burst all the time while priests can only burst once so and so often. And its a lot harder to stop a mage from bursting as any melee can just sit on the tauren breed until he gets oxygen starved and dies. |

With 4p t13 a Shadow can kill Everything (hi @ 60k Mind Spike Crits/75k+ Mind Blast) :<

Shadowpriest has higher burst, but mage can burst more often pmuch.

the shadows burst requires more casts unless were talking power torrent+lightweave+trinket mind blasts which with 14% crit are rng as...
tho with 1 off full cata gear ive seen some 30k mind blasts from tht crits thtd be 60k... beast mode on. |

SP sucks, mage is faceroll...Go figure...i cant jump around and kite 2 melee while pulling out stupid damage...just saying.
Sp doesnt bring anything that mage cant do better (just look at cds) Only thing we got is defensive heals, which just make you run oom. And defensive dispell, which just makes you run oom aswell... And yes im !@#$ing tired of mages being so incredibly OP compared to SP |
