Mend Pet : is it goo good ?

hi guys i just had a silly arena match vs 2 BM hunters and i noticed something .
since they both stayed stealth for a while me and my dk partner waited them out , then they stayed los while they're pets started eating my dk partner, them both having frost traps down i though maybe i can kill one of these pets . it did not work out so well since mend pet just healed a bit to much for me to kill it fast enough .so i switched and killed both hunters. my story might seem a bit side tracked but my point is : is mend pet a bit to strong for pvp or is it needed for pet pve tanking and survival by no means do i hate this skill so dont gimme that you should not be killing the pet in the first place BS, it happed cuz of the strange comp we faced. i do know if a hunter loses its pet he looses allot of his damage and utility(masters call-root-stun) i am not asking the skill to be nerved in any way i am just asking for opinions. could any hunters clarify if there is a focus cost involved or a cd on it and how much it actually heals. thanks in advance |

By saying that you're asking for nerf to yourself imo. soz i get why you are confused about my post its all over the place , but i just wanted some answers and opinions about mend pet the fact that i killed both hunters does not mean pala is op or hunter is UP they where just bad and died cuz of low resil thats all
atm hunters have the worst/no self healing i think they should make more pets that can provide a decent heal the spirit pets are BM exclusive . maybe add a pet thats is weak on dps and no cc but have a heal . |

You can glyph it and get a tanking pet and mend pet heals for twice as much.

As far as I'm concerned that spell needs buff or pet res need to be vastly faster to cast
