Hello,

I am thinking of re-subbing to WoW and I've heard about this anual pas which included a lot of benefits. I've checked it out, but the webpage said that my account is invalid for the anual pas.

Has the time to sign up for the pas expired or is there an other reason?

The Annual Pass is still on offer, however some accounts will not be eligible for which there could be several reasons.

Country of Residence
Account Payment History (i.e. chargebacks)
etc...

There are several reasons why an account may be ineligible for an annual pass, these include:

  • Account not in good standing as a result of bans/warnings or chargebacks on the account.
  • It simply isn't available to your country.

If you want a definitive answer you'll need to contact the Accounts and Payment Support team.

If your country isn't listed you can call the UK number free from Skype.

Just for those who don't seem to be able to sign-up for the anual pas: My problem was that I didn't have an active subscription running.

Hope this will help some people out.
