What a joke this is instead of rewarding people that have been playing wow for so long and being loyal subscribers. All blizz thinks of is money and getting people back to wow and granting them awsome stuff in return.

Players who recruit friends to play World of Warcraft using the Recruit A Friend service get a mount as do players who invite players back to the game with a Scroll of Resurrection. If you wish to give feedback about long-term players getting more rewards for playing the game Exxecutioner, then you are welcome to use the in-game Suggestions option. :) http://eu.battle.net/support/en/blog/4092980 |

if a friend invites me to accept SoR, can i make a new char, or do i have to do it on an allready existing char?

Does the lvl 80 get transferred to the other player's realm automatically or do you have a choice to select your own realm?

I have my account inactive since february 2012, my friend sent me a SoR, i received the Email, but can´t accept the invitation, it says my account is not eligible, although i read every thing in eligibility faqs and it seems im good for it

"To be eligible to receive a Scroll of Resurrection, your friend must have a full (non-Starter Edition) World of Warcraft account, and their account must have become inactive on March 4th, 2012." So heres a question. A friend of mine just started playing again, on another server, and I'd like to join him (trough the process of scroll-of-resurrection). But I became inactive on March 9th, 2012. Does the 'inactivity date' change now and then? So that I become eligible for the scroll-of-resurrection? Thanks |

Also, I noted when I was checking if my character would be eligible (for a paid character transfer), it said "ERROR: This character is an arena captain. Please hand over captaincy or disband the team and try again."
Now, will this also occur with the SoR? Since I don't mean to pay gametime, delete the old arena team, and not be eligible for the SoR since I have an active account... Thanks again |

Istel There are no current plans to change the eligibility date I am afraid. Also if you are thinking of moving your character and you have an Arena team that needs deleting but your account is frozen, you are welcome to speak to our Account and Payment team who will be happy to advise you further. :)
Barrícade If you have yet to receive the scroll, it may be worth taking a look at this Support Article if you are certain your friend has sent one to you. http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/receiving-email-from-blizzard-entertainment Smrtolet If you have contacted our Account and Payment team about this matter, then they will certainly look into it for you. :) |

Ellow, i have one question.
As i saw in the earlier comments u can accept scroll of resurr. even tho my previous 1 from my friend has expired right? So he sended me another one like 3 months later, but when i try to claim it is says: This account is not eligible to use a Scroll of Resurrection. This World of Warcraft account either does not meet the qualifications to use a Scroll of Resurrection, or you may have already accepted a Scroll of Resurrection in the past. See the FAQ for eligibility details. Any help would be welcome, ty :D |

So if i get this right, i must not have a subscribed account on wow to activate SoR? Is there any way i can get the lvl 80 boost even if i have an active account. And i havent been playing sience i think Feb. and just subscribed yesterday without knowing SoR exists. So what can i do?

Assuming that my friend is in a different faction than mine, can I transfer my character to the realm of my friend without changing faction?

Nonameslo Speak to our Account and Payment team and explain the situation to them. They'll be able to advise you further. :)
Valamir When you use the option to move to your friends realm, if they are on a different faction to you, you'll be automatically moved to their faction. |
