Need Help with my dps! Im a fire mage who make no dmg..

Hey! I would love to get some tips/help with how i could make more dmg. Im 381 item lvled fire mage. Who deals around 16-22k dps only. Akward.. And in my eyes thats REALLY low dps.. So whats wrong? My gear/gems/enchant? Or my rotation?

Where's your Glyph of Fireball, your shoulder enchant, your int/haste gem on those boots, your Cauterize talent and what rotation do you use?
Also... Glyph of Ice Block? Well if you must, but it's useless in 99% of encounters. And yes, 16-22k dps is low. Quite low, but you could also do with a few upgrades. Where do you do such deeps? Just so we know what we're yappin' on about here. |

Well. First of all, my rotation are: Living bomb,scortch,fireball (Till proc) then rotat..

And i do that kind of dps on bosses / mobs that dont give you buff: P
