@ Linebeck : Bizette is not in the Citadel, so I put in a post where I explain where she is and that the smell Linebeck felt will not lead to Bizette.
@Zanzere: When Majestor asked earlier in the OOC thread where Illy is I told him Illy is in a guest chamber. Still is. |

I'm not quite sure where me and Arthaban are at this moment.

@ Majestor:
Just look for your own latest post in the RP thread and then read it. That is the way to find out where your own char is. After that you can read the posts that people have written to take the story on. This way you will get the story and also find out where Arthaban is. I take it this is the way we all do to keep track of our own chars and the story. No one else is playing on your char Majestor, so you will find it where you left it the latest time you posted. |

Sorry I didn't reply earlier, I felt utterly wiped out yesterday. Loving the direction it's going though.

Brief update
************************* Zanzere and Artaban brought the kidnapper rouge to the citadel but she got away from them and ran into the citadel. Averine Shaw tried to catch the rouge but was backstabbed and murdered. Before this she had spoken with the party members and told them she suspected a traitor in the citadel Lein and Zanzere is in the vestibule. Lein has asked for her child and to meet a person of authority. They are waiting for an answer. (See below, a letter is sent to Lein) Linebeck has been fooled by someone pretending to be Archmage Vargoth. recieved a book that is said to contain a truth saying spell. Linebeck left the spellbook to Zanzere and Lein and went after the rouge. He found the rouge (crying) by Averines corpse and started to chase the rouge. Majestor is in there somehwere too, overhearing a conversation behind a door. The false Archmage Vargoth has sent a letter to Lein where he tells her to go to her daughter in the guest chambers, and wait there for a person of authority to come and speak with her. The bloodmage Khairan is still weak and suffering from the loss of blood after being wounded and is still in bed in one of the guest chambers. Arthaban found Khairan and is trying to help him. At the moment he is going to try to find a spell for blood regeneration in the citadel library. Meanwhile, the former doorkeeper Esabella Danvers, a Kirin Tor mage, has met Halycordian Dawnstar, who had left Lein in the citadel vestibule and was trying to cope on his own. Esabella has hired Hal and gone to the citadel where they and a priest of low capacity are now in a guest chamber too. On the way they picked up Averine's corpse. Now Arthaban and Halycordian have met and are on their way to the library, where Arth is amining to find that spell and Hal is going to find a few books Esabella has asked for. I forgot Ags Rugoza ... she is still on the other side of the wardrobe teleporter. |

I think I'll write something tomorrow, as I've read everything you wrote. Will try to gget into the situation :)

:P It is, by the way, partly a truth, as Iliryn is half-Highborne, which makes her a Night elf, to -some- extent, of course. |
|
|
By the way, I think we should slowly come to finish this ORP :P After all, Winter Veil was looong ago already, and, well, quite a lot of things had hapened in those two days that were RPd out, don't you think? Besides, all out characters deserve a well-earned rest at the end of the story :)

Ags has been on an expedition in summer time for a long time already. My feeling was that she don't want to stay in Dalaran forever, she want's to see the world, go here and there, different places, and so on - thought maybe one day I will want to make an ORP of that kind.
Looked through the threads. So many people have written so many good posts. I think we need to get out of Vinter's Veil, yes. Serphinia set it at Vinter's Veil, was a good start, but we have gone on without her for a long time now. Don't know what she had in mind when she started the story. But I think we all have learnt that it can be best to not tie an ORP setting to specific date. About eventually making an end to the vinter's veil story, and end that feels good for all. If you feel you want to make and end for Lein more or less at once, one way is that Lein simply goes on to pick up Iliryn and succeeds to take the girl home. And we don't create any trouble with that. and we don't tie Lein up in any new situations. If you like. When it comes to Hal, if Lein wants to pick him too she could just make him help carry Iliryn home or something, after that it's "another story", throw out or let stay for a trial, as Lein finds it best. I have a few more npc's in the citadel that can support the rest so no problems if it would come to Hal leaving with Lein. The rest of us can then agree how to do with other things, the way they feel like. |

I hate to say it, but you guys are right. Though maybe, we can do something so it isn't Winter's veil anymore? Like, ending this all, and then meeting eachother sometime later?
i actually got this idea from a dream I had a few nights ago: I was my character's apprentice (wich is already weird) and we were at his home. Suddenly, I had to prepare everything, because there were a lot of guests coming. It was a reunion with everyone from this thread, somehow including Bizette! |

Editing a bit as it seems we hit the end and I want to be honest with you and tell I'm out, not just be silent, stop posting and disappear. It was really nice to meet you in this party. And really much happened, although not always what we might have imagined would happen. Anyway, it was a great experience, had fun writing away, and also learnt many things.
Thanks for this time and have a nice summer ! It's nice and sunny out there. "Ags" |

Well, as the topic has reached its limits, I think I should post my final post here, just so you know I haven't disappeared:
Lein smiled at Halycordian when he had put his arms around her. That warm feeling... "He is really somewhat like Iw- no, I shouldn't think of him, he has gone three years ago! - and Hal reminds me of him so much. Strong, clever, dutiful but still fiercely independent. But..." And now it's really over :) Thanks everyone for the great RP :) It was nice to meet you, and with those who are on the Sha'tar, I'll surely keep in touch. And I hope we all will gather again sometime. And till then - have a nice summer everyone! |
