i'm wondering if people are noticing a loss in rune regen as a blood dk this could be all specs but really only play blood so not sure, but since the latest mini patch im noticing that at times im literally not do nothing cause i dont have runes or runic power left, so have we been nerfed again?

Havent noticed anything maybe u should take Runic power mastery and store more runic power :)
