Guild History:
Crybaby Raiders is a long-time running guild on Neptulon with roots back in the Vanilla days of raiding. We focus on progressing as well as possible within a reasonable 3 day raiding schedule. We expect good attendance especially from trials, but we will always be understanding when RL needs to take priority. To make the most of our raid time, we expect our raiders to be well prepared, have an excellent knowledge of their class, and be able to learn encounters quickly. Currently Recruiting: - Hunter (top priority atm) - Mage - Elemental Shaman - Holy Paladin Other DPS will also be considered. Exceptional applications of any class are always welcome. Current Progress: We have cleared 6/8 Heroic Dragon Soul, and currently progressing on Heroic Spine. In T12, we cleared 6/7 Heroic (3/7 Heroic pre-nerf). In T11, we cleared 6/13 Heroic before 4.2. Our Raids: We are a 10man guild meaning that we raid with two 10man teams when we are able to. We are raiding 3 days a week, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday from 19:30 – 23:30 Server Time, raids might be slighly prolonged in order to further our progress on a specific boss. We rotate raiders for farm content but always take the best setup for progress. Loot: We use lootcouncil meaning that the online officers decides who gets what based on size of upgrade, earlier performance and attendance. What we expect from you: - You are a mature and polite player. - You have a good computer and a stable connection. - You are willing to wipe on new encounters and are interested in progress. - Ventrilo 3 and a working microphone is required for our raidgroup-members. - You are up-to-date about your class, your gems and enchants. - You are up-to-date regarding tactics for the majority of the current boss-encounters. - You are on time for raids unless having made an AFK-post on the forum stating anything else. - A sense of humour. What we can offer you: - A stable place to stay, having fun and make progress in upcoming content. - A group of friendly, but serious players putting the community first. - Not only fun during raids, but obviously also outside the raid-environment.
