Hey Guy's,
I myself have began to attempt to get my hands on this awesome mount, what has kept me going of late is reading posts from yourselfs on your story on getting/farming this mount So i would love to hear from all you guys story's, how long it took you to get, or how long you have been farming it etc etc... I don't know about you, but myself i find it an inspiration to hear your storys! Anyway myself - I have been on the hunt for this mount for 4 days now, so far i have solved 100 Tol Vir Rare Rewars - Ring Pendant Pet Sword So my hunt continues, and i will not give up :) |

LOL the fun part from my side is this: Well i was farming Tol'Vir Fragments because i wanted to earn the Vial of the Sands Recipe.... I was farming day and night for this... the firs time it dropped an int ring(359ilvl), but hey it was garbage coz of low ilvl..... After some tol vir farming i got this scepter. When i first watched the number of frags needed to complete i was like "WTF....150 frags?? omg i want the fking recipe and i got this sh!t".... But hey i already have it and its really awesome!!!!
By the way, 7 canopic jars opened, no recipe inside :/ To sum up, i am trying to say that i got this mount randomly while i was farming jars for the alchemy recipe!! |

Hey nice story, and gz on the mount :) im still grinding hard, currently 130 tol vir solves... Thanks man! I wish you good luck!! Hmm yeah in order to get the recipe from the jars you must have alchemy, but even if you have it i heard that this recipe has ~3% Drop rate..... |

A month after Cata was released I was farming for
 Tyrande's Favorite Doll and got the mount during that, I'm sure it was under 20 Tol'Vir solves. A few months later I was leveling arch on my paladin and again, within the first 15 Tol'Vir solves got the mount. I first got scarabs on both though.

A month after Cata was released I was farming for Wow you sir were very lucky indeed, i have read so many player's getting this mount in the first 20 solves! I am still going, currently on 196 Tol vir solves, 4 x rares^^ :( |

i have the mount and i was NOT farming for it.
only reason i picked it up was the recipe you could COULD!!! get from some lame jar. i mageneged to open 5 jars and no recipe. now i am just busy to collect the mats and find a crafter, im tired of searching the way to much nightelf digsites. |

Took me weeks on here, couple of weeks ago i decided to level my rogues archy during a weekend in between dungeons
reached tol'vir level and it popped as the second solve, the skill was on 465 |

Took me weeks on here, couple of weeks ago i decided to level my rogues archy during a weekend in between dungeons Rofl wish i had some of this luck, i am close to giving up after 204 tol vir solves :'( never thought i'd give up! but i could be here forever and still not get it. My biggest complaint about this proffession would be, when you complete one like night elfs e.g there dig spots still spawn! You would think once you have completed a race those dig sites would no longer spawn. So time consuming having to fly from one end of the map to the other especially when you have completed that race. After doing this i now Officially hate Night elfs!! with a passion! |

Got the Scepter on my 34th Tol'Vir solve. Was doing a spot of arch before I logged off and cleared a grey Tol'Vir item and the Scepter appeared next. As with one of the above posts WTF how many fragments. Spent near enough 6 hours farming the required fragments(this was befoe the most recent patch) and almost driven crazy with the endless flying up and down Kalimdor. Still nice mount to add to my zoo and now avoiding arch as much as I can.

Yeeey it just dropped for me was my 229th solve!

343 and counting got all other tol rares but had the last as solve 225 so it getting boring now.

Don't give up guys, it will pop up when u least expect it, i was very close to giving up but forced myself to continue and i got it. Gl to you all

hehe it popped not long after my post 2 spots up here solve 349 was the mount finally the grind is done

Funny thing was, I was speakin to this guy who was solvin next to me and I asked him " Got the scepter yet ? " He said no. 2 secs after he says "Holy Shet, my next solve is the scepter". It was his 33th T.V solve. RNG kinda pisses me off, but everyone will eventualy get it as long as you dont stop farming. Gz Robbie <3 |
