[A] Social Rejects 10man raiding, 8/8, 8/8 hc

Rejects formed after the very first collapse of Is Unbalanced back after Ulduar release, and originally served as an casual guild. Come ICC release we got bored and began a foray into raiding and did decently well for a rather limited roster and 1 raid a week, and eventually when raiding was taken seriously in September '10, cleared ICC10normal out in our first week of raiding and were 8/12 heroic a week after that.
We're after people who can raid regularly but for small intervals of time. We have 4 raids a week, which are 2 hours long. Raids run from 21:00-23:00 server time (8-10GMT) which is therefore ideal for people who have to get up in the morning due to job/college/wife, and can't devote the time to go raiding until the small hours. We're not after superheros but a good amount of self confidence won't hurt. All we ask is that you're good at what you do and you do it regularly. Relaxed raiding, but we do expect people to be good players. Due to short raids, the logistics of 25mans just won't come together, it's not worth the strain, we solely do 10mans. We also don't keep an inflated roster as this would disturb the atmosphere - just enough members to keep raids running, which is why we ask for people to be available regularly. However, recruiting is kept open as people will always come and go in a small guild due to new jobs or shift work, so on so forth.
