Why dont you guys do a cross realm rbg, just like anyone else does. You can play even with Russians from the other end of the World if you like to.
All happens thru real id invitation.

just get ur pvp gear for tanking, get some nice wep from those heroics you do and solved.
with little advertisement on outland or maelstrom u ll get into higher rated premades easily with what you have. :>
