Throwdown: knock target to ground and stuns for 5 seconds

How can mage blink whilst stunned? also can iceblock?

If this is the case why can I not charge whilst nova`d (99% of time)?

Blinking is NO MOVEMENT it is NOT PROHIBITED by any stun or movement impairing effect whatsoever, only lockout effects such as Hunter trap, circle of frost, blind, etc can stop us from blinking as we "lose control" or are firmly enveloped in thick ice... unlike being hit by some shockwave of ait "stunning" us.

That said, charging IS MOVEMENT and is thus inhibited by any rooting, stunning, whatever.

Seems a bit obvious but...

Teleports the caster 20 yards forward, unless something is in the way. Also frees the caster from stuns and bonds.

It's in the spell description.
