[A] CARNAGE INC 25man DS alt run every Friday - LFM!

As many of you may know Carnage Inc are better known as a 25 man raiding guild since back in WOTLK. Recently we made a change to 10 man to overcome some attendance issues, but our goal is to get back to 25 man raiding as for most of our members that is where are hearts belong!
With that in mind we have converted our 10 man alt run on a Friday to a 25 man run and opened it up to non-guild members (similar to the way we have in the past) We only officially started this last week (Friday 16 March) and had a really nice clean hassle free run. We are really aiming to push these 25 man runs and with the right composition hope some heroic kills in the weeks ahead. RAIDING SCHEDULE: Our Raiding Times are as follows (server time): Every Friday - Invites at: 20:15, Raid end: 23:30 If the entire group agrees the end time may be extended. RAID FORMAT: If you would like to be considered for a spot then please sign up below using the following format: Name: Class: Spec: Current DS Progress (not LFR): Date you wish to attend: Once we have noted your interest we will add you to the in-game calendar. Unfortunately we do not pick the raid composition ahead of time to avoid delays on the night caused by no-shows. However we send out invites at 20:15 and the Raid Leader will then pick the best composition in preparation for the raid to commence 20:30. LOOT RULES: We will continue to use the same loot rules that we have used since back in WOTLK that we adopted from Denique.... they have yet to fail us! One item per person for the duration on the raid. If however no-one else needs an item then you can ofc receive a second. All loot will be decided on a /roll. Loot Prio: MS>OS Off Spec: Off spec items do not count as your one item. BOE's Same as all loot; /roll. This would count as your one item. If no-one needs then the item will be raid rolled Recipes: Recipes do not count as your one item. However you will be required to link your profession. Legendary Items: These are reserved for guild members. Essence of Destruction: These will be raid rolled. WHAT WE EXPECT: Be raid ready: fully gemmed, enchanted, correct spec and appropriate gear. We will provide a cauldron at the start of the raid, however it is your responsibility to come prepared! Good raid awareness: If you mess up - admit it! We all make mistakes but making continuous mistakes and hindering 24 other people is not cool and you will be replaced! Good Connection: If you continually DC you will be replaced! Going AFK: Not cool - if you continually take the piss you will be replaced! Communication: As a guild we use mumble. Please have this installed and working prior to the raid. Details can be found in the in-game calendar. If you are having problems please approach an officer who will be able to help! PREPARATION FOR MOP: As mentioned above, Carnage Inc would really like to be back to a 25 man raid foce for Mists of Panderia and are currently recruiting in preparation. We feel that the 25 man runs are a great way for you to get to know some of our members (and vice versa) and scope out wether Carnage Inc could be your new home for MOP.
