The guild:
Unique was founded in april 2007 and we have been raiding ever since. We were a stable and well respected guild on our previous realm of Alonsus and hope to continue those traditions on Draenor. Our philosophy is having a tight core of players who want to see and beat end game content, while not having to spend more then 9 hours raiding a week. What classes are we currently interested in recruiting: Healers Mistweaver Monk Discipline Priest Restoration Druid Dps Windwalker Monk Mage Warlock Balance Druid Elemental Shaman All exceptional applications considered. If you feel you can put in some solid raid attendance whilst knowing how to play your class well then please feel free to apply. Raiding roster: We try to keep our raiding roster small and not over recruit. Having the right attitude towards game, and the right mindset is what we are trying to have in guild - Being polite and being willing to help others is the way to go. It is also important to understand that you are a part of a team and the only way to beat the toughest encounters is by playing as a team. Players in Unique have high activity, the minimum required attendance is 70%, this way there's less people that need to be geared up, and more people are familiar with tactics on every fight. Raids: The pace in raids is fast, downtime is minimum, recoveries after wipes are quick. Every player is expected to be prepared for fights, having the right spec and know the tactics and their role in fights. Atmosphere is positive and motivating, during farm raids it's a bit more relaxed, but on progress raids everyone is serious and focused on our goal on a given night. There is no yelling, swearing or screaming at people for no matter what reason - everyone can make a mistake sometimes, it is important to learn from your own and other people's mistakes for the future. Raids start at 20.00 server time and end at 22.00 on monday, tuesday and thursday. On wednesday we raid for an extra hour till 23:00, offdays are friday, saturday and sunday (on offdays we have alt raids, rated bgs or some social guildevents).
