Tamiay "Wetrobes" GeartinkererShe actualy has a few nicknames, but thats the one that springs to my mind, Guess how she got it, I will give you a hint, she used to be afraid of EVERYTHING!

Tyriq "Ty" Ephraim

Even though Tyriqs name is short, nearly everyone says "Ty", which is confusing if someone says "Ty" (thank you) in Guildchat and I think they are talking to me.

Joseph "Joey" Brightman (Joeyj)

My worgen Joseph got the nickname "Joey" from a dwarf I met in the Pig and Whistle and it has grown on me so much I introduce my char as Joey. Joseph didn't want to be called his real name, so the dwarf kept coming up with nicknames for him.

A not very widespread nickname, most used by darker factions of Horde RP on my server.
'Rock Lover'

One day late at night after a battle, my character sits in desolation hold, tired after the efforts made during the day. A goblin he considers an 'enemy' walks up and begins making a jape, involving trying to make him date a rock, he ignores her for the most of the while. However, after she marries him and the rock (which she painted a face on) and turns her back on him to go pester someone else, he picks up a few smaller rocks and lays them between the rock and himself. Which then earned him the nick-name.

Aand that's about the only nickname that my character got, atleast as far as I know.

I'm not sure if this counts as a nickname, but here goes.

Felgrid has by some of his friends called the "Ladies man". But he slightly hates being called that.
It started because of his "Gentleman" way of behaving. And some has misunderstood this as an attempt to flirt.

My character mostly just gets mad when someone gives her a nickname.

Though strangers often just call her 'patchy' due to her eyepatch obviously, totally unoriginal.

It's either Alex or Chief.

Jed 'Zagoner' Greyline.

It isn't really a nick name, Though i'm known as Zag. He just uses it before revealing his proper full name.

This character never knew either of his 'rents (Yeah, I know. First RP char ever, though i was to lazy to change it into something good now :P)
so he has no last name. So, a dwarven friend came up with one...

However, I think he still speaks about me as that. And I hope he is the only one XD

Ari and Lir keep being mean to me and calling me bewb lady, but i think they just envey my fashion sense.

Seeing as Kubluku's nickname is just Koob, I guess I will say why I named him Kubluku
A while ago when I was studying mongolian history Someone told me of Kublai Khan, but at the time I thought they said Kubluku, and it has stuck with me ever since : )

My old Forsaken character was nicknamed "Bob"

It came about when some friends were discussing who Forsaken were before they were servants of the Dark Lady and a certain Blood Elf wondering if those old ties still held.

I admitted that I didn't remember much of my life before becoming Forsaken and "was probably just 'Bob the Farmer' or somesuch, either way that life doesn't matter now..".
From that point on people kept referring to me as Bob and would introduce me to new people as "Bob the Farmer" as sort of a long running joke.

Caused a lot of confusion with a certain Tauren who didn't understand that my name wasn't Bob and that I wasn't a farmer either....

Kerry "Temper" Hunter. 'Cuz she has a bad temper.

Melysandre lost her eye when she was younger, and her rivaling cousin kept annoying her with calling her Patches, and it stuck over the years. She does not like it.

Emandria "Alixgirl" Sunblade.

She got it off her mother (whose nickname was Alixstar. As to how SHE got it, only she knows. And she's more or less deceased now, so... yeah.)
