Immortalis Birthday Contest [CLOSED]

THE BIRTHDAY EVENT
On April 30th Immortalis will turn 3 years old and we would like to celebrate that with you in the form of a short event on that day! We invite you to join us for this celebration in nothing less than a finely tailored Gordok Ogre suite! We did a similar event last year, but this year we’d like to see a lot more ogres in Stormwind celebrating our birthday with us! The festivities will start at 8PM / 20:00 server-time on Monday, April 30th in the Dwarven District near the auction house and the bank in Stormwind. HOW TO GET THE GORDOK OGRE SUITE I wrote a guide on how to obtain a Gordok Ogre Suite and you can find that on our forums here: http://immortalisguild.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=2714 On a higher level character (70+) it’ll only take about 10 minutes to get the suite. THE CONTEST: WIN AN IN-GAME PET OR MOUNT OF YOUR CHOICE In the month leading up to our birthday we will hold a contest! Immortalis will give away two items from the Blizzard pet store. The winners will be chosen randomly and will get to choose what pet or mount they want. All you have to do is post a reply to this post or the post about the contest on the frontpage of our website with the name of your character on The Sha’tar. Link: http://immortalisguild.com/2012/03/immortalis-birthday-event-april-30th-contest/ Both Horde and Alliance characters can enter the contest, but please note that your character must be level 85. This way we would like to increase the likelihood that the winners have been on The Sha’tar for a while. Also make sure you enter a valid email-address if you're leaving a reply on our website as we’ll use that to send you the code for the mount or pet using the gift-option in the Blizzard store. If you prefer not to give out your email-address you can also leave a comment in this thread. In that case we will contact you in-game to get your email-address. Winners will be contacted via e-mail and/or in-game mail in the first week of May. Members of Immortalis and/or Raging Blades are not eligible for this contest. Update: The first winner will be chosen on April 15th and then another one on April 30th. Mists of Pandaria is on the horizon and Immortalis would like to recruit more awesome people to join us in the next expansion. Our raid team is currently full, but we are still looking for social members. If you’re looking for an established guild with mature people who avoid leetspeak and respect the rules of the community on The Sha’tar then we are looking for you! We’ve recently also created our Horde sister guild Raging Blades, which is currently in the very early stages of development. Our forums are used by members of both guilds, so even though our Horde guild is only starting out you’ll have access to our entire community via our forums. Many of our members are on the Mists of Pandaria BETA and we have a BETA version of the guild up and running on on the Mekkatorque (EU) beta realm right now! The Immortalis BETA guild is open to all players from The Sha’tar. We also have a dedicated forum for members to post information, discuss their experiences and generally cause pandamonium. Though many are no doubt very new to me, those who've kept with it since day one gave me the most memorable and enjoyable times in WoW. I must say, I love that Alliance are creating events such as these.
If it weren't for me being Horde, then I'd grap a suit and join you all. Actually.. I might come as a Horde and join anyways. Would not be the first time my Horde characters visits the Stormwind for a relaxing afternoon. (I especially love sitting inside the Blue Recluse on my Horde Characters :D) |
