It's mostly Alliance populated. Not sure with all the free transfers over here now, but Horde was barely noticeable, sadly.
Not sure what you understand by late night guilds, I presume most guilds raid in the evening (up to around 23-24 ST), but surely you'll find people active at later hours in the night. |

Stay away from the horde its dead, hard to find raids except the day they reset.
RBG's is impossible, you cannot do anything FUN on Neptulon's horde side if you arent in a well structured guild. You will feel lonely and have suicide/transfer thoughts, sh!t server it has become and the only thing they did/do about it is allowed free transfer from Stormscale but a few came here and then they vanish because they see no people and talk !@#$ about the server in trade. |

I'm sure he ment guilds that raid 00:00-04:00 or something like that. I have a couple of friends who joined such guilds. |

If you are a pve guy you can apply on perfect circle, really good guild with good and helpful ppl in it with a nice progress 6/8 hc! Give it a go if you want. Lag free server in general, kind and helpful ppl in general, pretty much dead in horde side tbh but you can make good friends if you're a nice guy and actually have a nice time here! The disadvantages though are that the ah is pretty much dead, there is no competitive pvp here and there is not a 8/8 hc progress guild in horde side. Think wisely before you choose to come here :)
