Different server

I recently started playing again after getting a scroll of ressurection. I leveld up my rogue to level 85 and geared up a bit. However, I do not like the server as it is right now and I am considering a character migration. The reason I don't like the server, is that I want to start raiding a bit. Now it is only available for me if I use the raidfinder which rewards far lesser rewards and makes it impossible for me to do the rogue legendary questline. I am searching for a server where you do not need to have an item level of 390 to join some pug, it's impossible to even get an average item level of 380 since raid finder items have a max. Item level near 380. I'm looking for a pvp server with a balanced horde/alliance ratio, friendly people and lots of pve/pvp guilds, it doesn't need to be a big server, as long as it has some pugs every now and then, then it's fine with me. Anyone got advice for me?

Doesn't matter what your ilvl is if it's unenchanted/ungemmed pvp gear. Grind the hour of twilight heroics for full pve epic, gem, enchant and spec properly and you will get into a pug eventually.
Kazzak is ranked #3 raid progression in the world with only US-Illidan and RUS-Soulflayer being higher. You are not gonna find a better realm than kazzak so stop crying and go grind. |

If only there was a large number of 397 items available for an easily attainable currency or something.

This just farm valor and buy yourself 397 + buy crafted gear = profit. |
