Important server announcement all read!

-[AlSO PLEASE NOTE SOME OF THE INFOMATION CONTAINED IN THIS POST MAY BE OUT OF DATE]- This server has been going downhill slowly but surely. We are left with uncertainty and disappointment with the server, I can't offer a solution myself as I wouldn't know what to recommend, perhaps if we all open tickets at a certain day and time perhaps then we will be heard? I love this server it has depth and a tight knit community, I myself run the Guild <The BloodHound Syndicate> and have for about a year or more now, when we first created the guild, we had nothing but interest and new players flooding in, we had a twelve day inactivity kick, yet we still had over 700 people in the guild and around 45% of whom were level 85, we then formed and shaped the future of the guild once we reached Guild Level 25 we created a more prestigious and renowned guild for are social capability having up to 60 or more members online at any time with atleast 40 of them being 85. Now we are lucky to gain 5 or more members per day, with most members inactive. At peak time we have around 25 members online, my guild desires structured raiding and rated battlegrounds, but due to the loss of our PvP/PvE Officers (They migrated server) we cannot continue, I myself don't have enough time to create structured events but try to make them happen with 1-3 day notice. I think there are some things that could help this server, I think communication is key for instance there are guilds that still raid and form RBGs perhaps if we all pull together and form some sort of unity within the guilds and the guild leaders we can establish some agreements such as; - Announce raids server wide not just in guild. - Relay information from guild leader to guild leader I.e ''We need a good healer for a guild run''. this way we involve the long time players from either guilds with out having to leave a guild to come on a run. - We can hold more 25man runs two guilds working as one (im sure if two events were created and group merge was formed it could work out) - Also we could help in the trade professions such as enchanting / jewlcrafting ect ect There are many other reasons I can think of that more communication might help For example <The BloodHound Syndicate> have many full geared / enchanted / gemed PvP players, for instance if you where planning a Rbg and needed some decent players instead of pugging from /2 you could ask me (or other guild leaders) I already established some well formed connections with other guilds months back such as Black Dragonriders - Mainly PvE (GM Shorr). Blood and Sand - PvP (GM Eteari) It then turned out due to the high amount of members we had Shorr joined our guild and led the raid team. Also Eteari left his guild as it started slacking in the decline of the server I'm sure he joined Tainted Blood. So I will start by saying I will open a new forum post titled ''Important server announcement'' we it will be strictly on the ideas of my post with the guilds ect, Anyway I shall start here by saying, The BloodHound Syndicate Level 25 Horde Guild, 674 members, 327 level 85s. PvP and PvE dedicated players What we can Offer; A strong influence in the endgame standards. Help when needed. A dedicated set of ready PvE and PvP players. Guild groups and raids / RBGs. A strong and highly populated guild. We hold a good reputation. What were looking for: Active and mature members not afraid to express. Good game knowledge, yet people willing to learn. Able to adapt and make progression. Remember this isn't a recruitment add, So if people are interested in forming a unity with our current server guilds let me know, we would have to form a structure where we would know how to pass messages to other GM's to relay the information.. Either way it should be taken into consideration by all the current guild leaders! it shouldn't be every guild trying to break away and make it on there own we should come together and progress on this server. Intresting!, I just moved my rogue from Shattred Hand -> Ahn'Qiraj i really like the community in the server and i like the pps that's playing on it...
First when i moved here i joined some lvling guilds to get some flashes what's happening on this server, after like 1 week i started a new guild myself with name "Battery gaming" it will be a lvling and social pvp guild until we reach lvl 25 with the guild... and then i'll create a lvling and social guild on my alt for all that not plays pvp... I'm searching for members and would like anyone that is going to play pvp join, we will be doing RBG:s on thursday and monday, and you will be able to play arena with who ever you want and when ever you want... We will also have some funny events with nice prices and i'll fix a vent server and a Website for the guild ASAP... This is a very good thing to do. Unfortunately as i already said in trade chat, this only concerns Ahn'qiraj ofc, people on our realm will most likely stick to what has been said here, but eventually they will lose interest. So the only question is how could the player make this work, all as a close community?

i do belive we can make it work if the guilds open up to each other and to the /2 so that pepole will know what happends in the diffrent guilds :P brag a bit or tease each other it wouldent hurt the social level of this server

We would all have to form one unity, first off by starting to find and see who every main / active guilds leaders are, get them involved with one another then we can continue with other ideas with mixed guild raids or RBG's ect ect,
We can keep a log to see what guilds will be under this unity on the server. |

I will try, but I will be honest I will most likely lose interest in it. My guild would love to help out, I am the GM of The Forsaken Raiders,
PVE/PVE guild most of us are very friendly/social |

My personal thoughts are directing to the fact that AQ used to be a nice realm. Maybe for really long time ago. But atm its just trolling in trade. noone even tries to set things up like raids or rated bgs, And one more thing, The action house is falling aswell. No mats or nothing is existing barely. Its booring that so many decide to leave the realm. I think that blizzard should really put a free emigrate from many realms to AQ.. //frôzti,lorash,mewio,legôlas,hixo,Endoral,Rãw etc (AQ in my heart)

I think that the unity that you are talking about is a good idea but it is something that would take a lot of motivating, to ensure that people in the server do work together in what is obviously not as dead of a realm as everyone says.
I respect that your trying but I say good luck as it will be a difficult task ahead of you. Otherwise, Ill be as supportive as possible :) |

I agree. If Blizzard would manage to do that, that would be amazing. I have been here for about 3-4 years. This is my "home", i know many friendly people here, but most of them left to higher pop servers.
Most of us who want to sell things find it really difficult. I don't even want to talk about the AH, it's painful lol For the people who would like to get in touch with my guild, The Forsaken Raiders. GM is my priest Menethíl. |

This is my home too been here for 5 years. seen people going and coming back. same as myself, Tried the thing about moving but it was like nowai. AQ brings most memories. So PLEASE BLIZZARD IF YOU SEE THIS PLEASE REPLY WHY CANT YOU GUYS MERGE US WITH SOME OTHER REALM.. (ofc still call us ahn qiraj)

point is though you might get some useless people coming on to question your honesty and support but they dont matter if they dont care...BUT
Just look at how many people are in favour of supporting this cause to "resurrect" Ahn'Qiraj Night :) |

Why not be more active and try resolve the issues we have as a server?

Everything, forming a unity with our current server guilds to relay more infomation of PvE and PvP.

the idea is, incase anyone doesn't understand we create a server wide unity and construct this by better communication with the guilds on this server to relay more information with PvE and PvP. we should come together and progress on this server, either way we have declined with the amount of people that play on this server but we can still organize and and maintain a healthy amount of progression within both aspects
