Alright so i just bought the Battlechest Digitally and it has appeared in my account as WoW 2 however when i log in to WoW 2 and try to invite a friend to my party it says i can't because i only have starter edition which is wrong. And on top of that, we lost the 3x RAF boost because WoW 1 and WoW 2 is somehow not the same despite being on the same account.

Help !

EDIT: I can ony post in customer and the support forums apparently, they are checked and says Limited in green.....

Hi there,

If you just bought it digitally, it can take a few hours to go through correctly, as there are security checks.

Please let us know if this issue persists now (which is several hours since you posted)

Now it seems ilike my Battlechest is activated and that works fine but the RAF thing isn't fixed :(

EDIT: It seems to work ingame but i cannot make threads in other sections then the support and newcomers section

Could you please explain the current issue?

As for posting on the forum - unfortunately the database for the forum does not update in real time. That'll fix itself in a day or two (e.g. very, very soon). Try deleting the cookies / cache of your browser, or preferably another browser entirely, just to make sure it hasn't already updated.

If you've issues with the Recruit A Friend promotion, then I'm afraid the only people capable of helping you are the Account and Payment department. They can be contacted by free using either a web ticket or calling their UK number through Skype. All other calls are not free.

My issue currently is the forum one, but if it works as you described I have no problem with that as it seems to work in game. I have already submited a ticket, been 2 days and no answer.

No problem.

It's unusual for it to take so long, so I highly doubt it will be much longer now. It's rarely a matter of days - if the issue hasn't resolved itself when a blizzard representative answers the ticket, there'd be no harm in asking them to check if they can see anything unusual on their end.
