Allright, I've been looking for a skilled mage quite a while now.. And seeing as i have a few questions, I'd love if you could take the time to respond.

1. What do u use, besides ice lance?
2. Why is shatter combo so !@#$....?
3. Ring of frost, worst utility ever, why do you have it?!
4. What came first, the chicken or the egg?

1. Spellsteal. Being a paladin I'm sure you know all about that one.
2. Shatters are the best game mechanic ever.
3. Because how else are we meant to get off our shatters when our pet nova, frost nova, deep freeze and cone of cold is on cooldown?
4. The chicken.

Gay spec. That is all.

I read a long long time ago that the chicken came first, because actuality precedes potential.

Do people still belive that fire is as hard to play in cata as it was in vanilla, tbc and wotlk?

Fire is extremly dumbed down, just as frost if not more.

Just because a spec is weaker in some aspects then other does not make it more "skillfull", arcane is by far the easiest spec a mage got yet the weakest.

MAY I REMIND YOU ALL, THAT FIRE WAS JUST BUFFED

they were pathetically weak and they got a NEEDED buff, and now they are apparently stupidly OP?

1. : frostbolt/frostfire bolt/cone of cold/spellsteal/counterspell/frost nova/pet nova/fire blast (with impact up)/scorch, need i go on?

2. : i dunno what ur dollar sign meant but basically, without the shatter talent, frost mages wouldn't do any dmg at all and would merely be used as a control class, which ofc goes against blizzards ideals of playing whatever u want to play (regardless if it is possible or not).

3. : because in its original concept it was awesome, but cos of technological reasons it couldn't work like that, it got turned into an w/e spell, which COULD be useful in very few scenarios (most recent example would be for kiting the adds during the nefarian encounter in BWD as a 10 man raid group cos of teh inability to afford a third tank for the job).

4. : everybody knows that aliens made the chicken inside the egg which meant they both came together (no that is not euphamisim!).

What are you smoking? Read what I wrote again. I´m not saying frost/fire is OP nor am I defending the specs, what I´m saying is that fire is extremly easy to play now compared to what I remember.

scorch,molten armor/mage armor, magic shield , pyro , living bomb, flame orb, blink, iceblock, rof, dg, coc , frost nova, mirror images, evo , fireball and some more

yes you are right its !@#$ they should buff it to be oke

depends , creationisme : god made the animals, not the eggs , so the chicken
evolution : the egg, because the chicken was an evolution of another bird , so its a chicken since the hedge...

How was fire harder? Waiting around for 10 secs before ya got to 35% and spam pyro. I would say fire requires more now than it used to, it just used to be Up.

2. Because it is easy enough to dispell freezes?
3. to create distance, or to dragon breath disorient into freeze for shatter

4: the egg came first, since animals before the chicken laid eggs.

if you talk about chicken or chicken-egg, it is chicken.
because the definition of chicken-egg is an egg from a chicken. meaning that chickeneggs can only come from chickens. But nowhere does it say that chickens can only come from chickeneggs. The first chicken came from the egg of a pheasant

3. I also have blast wave as pvp spec.
4. How about both, but not divine shield?
