Hey just done 1 random Heroic.
and got this sick Stamina Trinket +575stam or so just thought i'd let all use Tanks that have been grinding for ages for it. first time here. doubt i will even use it. i only pvp, might use to Flag Carry. LIKE A BAWS. |

Its special because a tank got the tank trinket.
I have seen it happen once I think. Normally I lose it to the dps and when I do win I have to beat the other dps in the roll. But doing it in the first time your toon been there and winning it, that to me is 1 to 1000000000000000000000 odds. |

This took me 32 tries to see it drop. By that time I had a Ds trinket also, but this is by far one of the worst lootchances I have ever seen.

ctc tank with dodge proc trinket I see no problem with that. Miss, Dodge and Parry come into play before Block so whenever the trinket procs he's actually getting more of an avoidance stat, and avoidance (Dodge in this case) is better than mitigation (Block). Only if it was a Mastery proc and he was already CTC would he get no benefit from the proc. |

This is my highest character I have, so just popped in here to say how intresting I found this little story =) I don't know what trinket OP is talking about and don't know what he means by "+575stam or so", because most items I've seen have certain number for stats so kinda odd that "or so" part... as if it's not really clear how much stam it indeed has.
But I suppose it's nice to have some item that you won't be using, and how important it is to make people know about it =D If this is one of those threads where you talk about items you don't use, I could talk about this nice castercloak I got as a drop, when I won greedroll in some normal random. It had intellect, stamina and some haste+hit I think, or so. I won't be using it but it had pretty colours =) |

Why would a tank want that? Rather have 2 trinkets with 300+ dodge

ctc tank with dodge proc trinket Except he would still benefit from the critical portion of the block even if he was CTC. The point is still the same that any avoidance over CTC is avoiding less damage than advertised. |

My warrior failed miserably to get this trinket , and Now my druid is failing. I think I have done this instance about 80 times on my 2 characters , according to my stats. I have not seen it drop more than 5 times.

Finally got it after a few months of farming, I don't think anyone ninjaed it but when I was dps I didnt roll for it. I used to carry the MF trinket which is the exact same type bar a dodge use for my bear. I always forget to use the trinket so this one is better in that case.
The only trinket I've had ninjaed several times was the foul gift mainly by ferals. grrrr. For PvP a proc is of no use unless it procs when needed. |
