I'd like to know if the Frostbitten Achievement still excists, meaning you have to kill all extremely rare npc's in northrend?

It's not that hard these days, the difficult part obviously to kill these in starting zones.
But doing a round on Wednesday just after the servers go back up does the trick usually for one or two of them.

No, my dear Nefarium. Staying sane with frostbitten is really easy. I live in +1timezone, yet I work remotely at a +3timezone. Therefore I get up at 5:30 and work till 3pm. I just wake up 3 mins early, and while drinking my morning coffee I check Northrend. Got it in a couple of weeks with 0 effort.

But with the Sea Turtle, its a different story. I dont know how long its been. I would guess around 2 weeks. I am not raiding, i am not pvp-ing, i am not doing anything in game except for fishing.

I read these posts "ooh yeah sea turtle really hard to fish took me almost 1500casts OMG LOL".
When I did the 3000casts, I think I was going mad.
On my 4000th cast I thought fishing is fun.
On my 5000th cast guildies said that "Insanity is the state where you do the exact same thing repeatedly and except different results".
On my 6000th I mindlesly fish.
Just one more cast..

I will soon be nearing 10000casts. I have mailboxes of all my chars full of fish. All my chars stink. I see pools of fish in my sleep.
but just one more cast. one more.

Ty for all the tips, npcscan is something I already had, but logging in on wednesday 11PM is something I didn't think of yet :p

When I did mine, I split the time between Frostbitten and Bloodyrare just to ease the boredom a bit.

Its not the worst achievement <.< its rather easy. done it in a week

Depends on the server I guess, trying on silvermoon is awful. Usually come across a rare just as its killed by another person.
