380 seems to be the puggers minimum but you should be able to do with ~372 if the peeps know their class.

Yeah, Thunderclash is pretty much right there. Especially after the nerfs normal mode should be doable at around 370 ilvl. But also, as he says you may want to consider having a bit more gear if you plan to PuG - enough so you are able to heal through stupid! :P
