yeah every time i go in a dungeon i get kicked my crossbow sucks and people say the healers doing more damage than me (i ask them why the healers doing damage) but I'm not getting any more dps!

Since you ask advice (and critics) I am going to be sharp. This is for your own good. 1. You get kicked not just due to low dps, but when you do low dps and people see you have no gems or enchants they kick you on spot as combination of the two. So do start by revising your gear.

2. Your specs are incorrect for pve, and your glyphs are lackluster.

3. And if you want to do high damage on dungeons, use aoe specs (i.e. MM or survival), and basic goes as : apply sting, apply main shot (Kill command as BM, Expl. shot as survival etc) , apply filler shots (generally arcane shot, or proced aimed shot as MM), regain focus with steady (MM)/cobra shot (SV/BM)Practice on target dummy.

That is one problem, and the other would be that you use alot of PvP-gear (acording to armory).
Beastmastery can to fine dps, so i'd say its more of a gear&glyph-issue than a specc-issue.

Are you Hit-capped? Since every miss is a DPS loss too.

Change your spec to MM or Surv and you will do MUCH better DPS. Beast Mastery is a lost cause in PVE now

Sure, scaling with specs etc. But you're still wrong.

1) u have 1.12% hit rating... it's time to raise it
2) gemmin/socketing etc... won't solve a thing with a 333 itemlvl wp as offensive...

a) raise hit rating up to 6% for dungeons
b) get a decent ranged wp (378)
c) don't waiste ur time socketing enchanting with 1.12% hit and a 333wp...

Beast Mastery as a spec is fine, but filling up all 37 points available is poor gameplay. There are six points that can be better spent in MM & SV, and the 4 you've taken from MM & SV aren't great either. No offense, but you've done barely anything to imply you're working on your character before coming in for constructive criticism. But you can have a medal for not carrying strength/intellect/spirit gear. Google is your friend, you'll find plenty of up to date guides on gameplay and damage.

Healers are allowed and often recommended to do damage in dungeons. Several talents offer increased mana regen for using damaging spells, or enhancing the next heals cast. Quite regularly, the healer is confident the other 4 players are going to stay alive (or at least the ones the healer wants left alive who are actually contributing) and is whacking stuff in that downtime. My resto shaman drops fire/earth elemental totems.

Disagree I've had no problems doing pve as BM hunter I rarely swtch to my Off spec . Choose the spec you enjoy the most =). Not what every one says is better.

Hmmm ... something tells me, that if it is that bad, then choice of talent-tree is not the most important. Last time I read, BM was viable.

That being said: Check Elitist Jerks for survival hunter .. Survival is just insane when it comes to AoE. Now: Read and re-read the talents given in survival, and play accordingly.
And ofc gem and reforge as EJ suggest.

I personally didn't find hunter that hard, but it sure is rewarding. The only thing is, that I have a ton of macros in order to play "right". To find those macros head over to the US-forums under "hunter" ... there is a pretty nice thread concerning macros.

BM is better than MM in PvE

And ya know what? BM IS VIABLE IN MoP FOR PVP ARENAS AS WELL ^^

8x Defender's Demonseye.. not gemming 40 / 50 Mast on yellow sockets.. 13.34 mastery as Blood DK..
