Hello there possible future guildmates.
My girlfriend and I are currently looking for a new home within World of Warcraft. We just started playing again after a 5 month hiatus, and saw our old guild has all but vanished. We are 24 and 25 years old from the Netherlands and we both started playing back in 2005 and have continued on and off until now. Although we both used to enjoy hardcore progression we are both getting older and don't wish(and don't have the time) too spent 5 days a week raiding. What are we looking for? A mature active social guild where the main goal is to play together and accomplish things. Be this raids, fun runs of old dungeons/raids for mounts, gear or achievements. A place to log on to after a long day at work where we can just unwind, have fun with like minded people in guildchat and run a few dungeons or do a raid. A good start with plenty of people to venture into MoP when it releases. A guild that is active even when it's not a raiding day. Although we both enjoy raiding and want to pick it up again, we don't want to join a raiding guild where people care more about their loot then they do about their fellow guildies. For us it is more about the journey and the accomplishment of doing it with friends then it is about the shiny purple that dropped. We'd also like to view our guildmates as friends, rather than people that facilitate me to do whatever the hell I please. What do we have to offer: We are both experienced players who have raided most content from Vanilla until Dragon Soul. We are loyal guildmates who will help out guildies and stick with the guild even through the rougher patches. Active social players. We are willing to transfer to another server, prefarably a healthy server with a decent population. We are not considering a faction change. Also since we're becoming a bit older and becoming epic carebears who can't stand getting ganked during their daily grind, we'd like it to be a PvE server. |

Sounds like you should come check us out, we are a new Guild on Moonglade though we don't RP. Sevral RL Friends and lots on in-game friends too, we are active and social - come over on an alt and see if you like us.

Tivoli is 5y old horde guild on a pve server (Dragonblight). I would say that we are relatively mature - at least we have some over 40 (like myself) that feels at home in the guild. The bulk are in the 20'ies/30'ies.
I'm not totally sure what roles you aim to fill or if we can choose freely? The best combo would be holy pally and spriest right now, but we would talk about that. In general we like ppl. that are flexible about their roles when needed. Im aware that we would need to gear you up a bit before you could pull full weight in the raids. Its a 25man guild if that matters to you. Atm we are 5/8 HC and raid Wed/Sun/Mon from 20.00 - 23.00 (invites start at 19.30). Well our roles aren't set in stone, except my girlfriend, she just wants to heal:p I can heal or dps, heck I could even reroll. Our main interest however is not clearing DS on heroic, we'd like to find a nice guild before MoP comes out and be involved from the start. Any raids we do until then is nice but the amount of progress isn't a factor for us. Especially seeing as we've quit just after DS released. We are far from ready to jump into heroic mode atm.
Also our problem is we can't guarantee 100% attendance due to real life commitments and work. My girlfriend has different shifts and has nights she needs to work until 22:00. That's why we are looking for the social aspect in a guild first, the raiding second. |
