Hi fello druids,

I'm a semi core raider on thunderhorn. Think my rotation is rally good and have a good feeling what stats i need to go after as boomkin.

In DS HC 10man, I'm almost all the time last dps. Would just hear if any have some tips to improve my game.

When I'm practicing on raid dummy, can i boost the dps on 29k.

In my seek on google did i find tips to improve my game, did i find a scale over the class's and there dos output in tier (normal or hc gear) Cant remember the homepage, if any knows its would it be great. Its list the class's up, what there max dps is in all hc gear. Then i have a goal go aim fore.

Are there others raiding balance druids, there is having some probe following there mates on the scoreboards.

It can be depressing, that the gear almost have the same stats -HC and itemlvl like the guildes, but the dps output is not even close.

You should have taken moonkin helm and resto chest tbh. The lack of stats is noticeable.

idd Boomkin helm and resto chest and get to 2776 haste for extra tick on dots.

Its nothing to do with chest i top meters on all boomkin fights and never come last and im currently using 5/5 boomkin gear its a skill thing

There IS a difference having 500 higher haste or not - as well as the fact that pretty much all of us have DTR which OP have to compensate with morchok's crap.

Havnet bin lucky to loot the tier helm jet, But that Will boost my haste alot.

But how mutch prio shoud Mastery have? That stat boost the eclipse stats massiv, But there must be a haste cap to burst the way from lunar to solar without lossing the grase 15%.

THe chest doesnt make the difference between top and bottom in meters is what i was saying

You're not hit capped...You HAVE to be hit capped through spirit or hit - 1742's the cap.

Hey im item level 399 please look me up on the armory see if anything is wrong , im haveing dps problems in DS HC i thought it was just a mookin thing at the moment to have lower dps than usual -
Boss fights vary but im usually around 30k but my other guildies in around the same gear are hitting around 45k now.
I also notcied in the Method vs Vodka stream i think it was vodka had boomkins at the top of the meters !

@OP: There's a couple of things I'd advise.

- Get hit capped. You're currently 0.07% off which, although it's not a huge DPS loss, it still is a DPS loss.
- Swap your helm for the tier one and get the resto chesto
- Get the trinket from Spine to replace the VP one - it really isn't that great.
- I don't know how far you are in your quest, or whether you have even bothered at all with it, but most heroic raiders at your level will have Dragonwrath, which is a huge DPS increase which is why you are falling behind a bit compared to your guildmates.

Remember that we aren't doing too well at the moment anyway in terms of actual DPS, most other classes are better than us currently, so don't be surprised to see yourself not at the top of the meters.

Yeh the analysis I have seen says Bottled Dreams is actually quite weak. Lower than most of the 378 trinkets WoE / Firelands and even DMF Volcano and quite a lot weaker than the three LFR trinkets (despite having a higher iLvl)

Cannot comment on you on your rotation but I generally follow Gray Matter and EJ.

You can slightly improve your chest enchant and accepted wisdom sayes lavawalker is better on boots than haste.

Having actually same problem as Milkmaker. I was used to top meters in ICC25 both normal and HC, up to Firelands hc I also did land in top 3, and suddenly yesterday I did my first DS10 hc run.. and it was horror I tell you. Besides of being nervous and bashing hurricane button instead of actual spells, I did so bad I wanted to hide in the bushes and pretend to be a berry.

try and get WoU (unless you are wearing BW for spine hc progression, which I assume you are)
I did 28.8k single target(dummy) in a approx. 4 minutes fight last time. With around 393 itemlevel, if you know how to play with the dots you will get used to it et.- I suggest you take heroic resto chestplate, thats really mandatory, and get a heroic balance helm. instead of the vp one.
And dont even worry about Ultraxion hc/reg unless you are doing 25-28k thats ridiculously low. You're guildies should know that Balance druids are just !@#$awful on that fight.
31-35k is fine tbh.

- Pre-plant on every boss, dont replant shrooms unless you are moving.
refresh dots right before leaving eclipse. Get Balancetracker for this one.

- get approx 16-17% mastery (pretty hard to get) or higher if you can.

Theres not more I can say. Had that problem too, when starting a boomkin. They are annoying as hell. But once you get the mechanics you're going to top meters (except ultra/morchok :P)

edit: explode the shrooms when in solar, for the xtra dps gains.

Read Imsupersdw heroic dragons soul guide, also watch zoomkins/imsupersdw stream, and you will be a a balance druid that tops metres in no time

I don't mean to be rude but I also need some help too. I cannot for the life of me pull more than 30k dps on ultraxion heroic. I have pretty good burst but I finish the fight on around 29k-30k.. (well I haven't actually killed it yet but got it down to like 5% and that's what I was at) I know my rotation is correct, I'm not doing anything wrong.

I'd be greatful if someone could take a look at my gear and tell me if anything is wrong but I'm pretty sure there isn't ;<

Don't expect miracles without Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest.

Get rid of Lunar Shower unless you know Exactly what you want with it. Get Dreamstate or Perseverance.

So would you say the 390 Will of Unbinding is better than Bottled Wishes? I have that but wasn't sure if it would be better to use over it.

Yes, yes, a hundred times yes. 390 WoU is much much better than BW... Also boomkin single target dps is quite low compared to other classes. So on morchock and ultraxion you should be near the bottom if you raid mates play thier class as well as you, on all other fight you can easily be top dps if you are skilled and know how to handle your eclipses for multidotting.

Alright, thanks :-) Yeah I'm not having problems with the other bosses so much, just people were complaining about my dps on ultraxion hc yesterday when I was doing everything I possibly could.
