Dude where's my murloc have run into several hurdles when attempting to form our 1st permanent raid team namely being the lack of healers and regular active 85s that are willing to put in some time to learning a raids dynamics....
Anybody have any suggestions on attracting new raiders to a guild with little progression.....the raiders we do have are all experienced players..... |

Find people with similar progression to your guild would be a nice idea.

..................very informative! It's hard mate it's really hard and to be honest it's the make or break point of a guild when they turn from casual to raiding guild. It either works or it goes wrong and people get cheesed off. Looking at it you have about 30-40 lvl 85's in your guild so there should be more than enough there to raid if they wanted to. If they don't then unfortunately you cannot force the situation. Another issue you may find is that the benefits of raiding in a lvl 9 guild compared to a lvl 25 are what sway people. I would say concentrate on getting the guild up prior to worrying about raiding. |
