Today Fâme scammed me for arena boost... he called me on skype... after I gave him the gold he started to say mean things to me.. like fat !@#$ etc..
Don't ever play with him and never raid with him.. he is truly mean person.. |

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news here but, giving a large some of gold to some random guy you met in trade over skype is down to your own inexperience with how shady some people are in this game.
With just a nominal amount of research, the guy you are all raising your pitchforks against (Exécutie) has a maximum arena rating of 2,201, whilst the achievement is missing, meaning it was pre-Wrath with the introduction of said achievements. This would imply to me he is unable to conduct a boost realistically, given he has never carried himself to a reasonable rating in a real team. Let this be fair warning to people to check others out before you throw your gold away, same goes for the PvE boosts, if someone looks sketchy and the deal seems too good to be true, then it absolutely, unequivocally is, and you should avoid it. |

If you want a boost i suggest you start asking guilds -even for pvp- and not random dudes in trade chat.
However,as a contribution to this thread i give you my very own ignore list which is full only of people who have ninjaed thingies in the past. Also if you are going to engage in any sort of trade PvP rating boosts or boosts to raids ALWAYS make sure a full summary of the deal has been said in-game with both parties agreeing to the terms.
It's OK to talk to the booster in Skype but make sure that the terms are stated in-game so that GMs can help you recover your gold/items should the boost not occur and punish the booster under the scam policy. |
