Would it be rude of me to ask as to why you're deadset on this particular item? For transmog it's easier to obtain the ones from AQ20 and AQ40, and for a level 70 twink it's easier to get boosted in Karazhan. (although, obviously having an item crafted is easier than hoping for it to drop)

As you said it's easier to just get the item crafted,and also a known pattern stays forever while instances/items might not,also its a nice mace for both meeles and casters with a quite unique look, and also the fact that its a super rare pattern makes it valued by many collectors.
