Likely because he isn't using actual footage from the time he was hacked. It's just made to be lookalike footage.

Real or not.. am I the only one who's a bit wtf? by his comment "my life is destroyed"? Alright he lost some ingame pixels in a game... which destroyed his entire life and he'll never be happy again? Forced to suffer the rest of his life in poverty, slavery and misery?

In that case he must have been VERY happy when a gm restored his gear.
