Such as mind numbling poison, necrotic and mages Slow. Are they supposed to make your haste go crazy !@#$? I mean having those debuffs on me causing my global to be longer and my hots are thick 30% slower is really killing me.

Thought it was just the casting that got slowed, but it looks like as if its an haste reduction that makes you go in minus haste, is this really intended?
