Hey, well i invited my friend to a trial account witch he have used up, he bought the battle chest and now got 2 account on his battle net account, he wants to continue playing his caracter thats stuck in his trial account. Is that possible or have somthing gone wrong when he bought the game that the trail was not upgraded or somthing

Separate WoW accounts are just that - separate. He can purchase a Character Transfer, however I'm not convinced it's wise to spend money on a level 20. His best bet (they'll only deal with the account owner) is to contact the Account and Payment department. If he specifies that he wants to move the character from a starter edition to a full game account, it's possible they'll consider making an exception for him. He doesn't need to worry about there being no number for his specific country, as he can use Skype to contact the UK number free of charge from anywhere in the world. I hope this was somewhat helpful; I'm afraid that nobody (blue, green or otherwise) is capable of assisting him with this directly over the forum. It's very kind of you to create the thread in a bid to help him! One final note: This may or may not be obvious depending on where you live, however the offices are closed for tonight, so he'll have to wait until tomorrow before calling. While tickets can be filed 24 / 7, there is currently a backlog which means he'd have to wait for about a week before getting a response that way. |

As Doomsinger says, we cannot assist over the forum, however if you contact our Account and Payment support team, they may be able to close the fully upgraded account and instead upgrade his trial, meaning he would have access to the trial character. |
