Good afternoon. I want to RAF myself (again), I have sent the email to myself to do so.
My question is, the part of the procedure where I have to download the basic game; do I have to do that as obviously I have the game already (I know I'll need a new key). I don't really want to download what I have already, from the point of view of bloat on the hard drives. So basically can I skip the download part & just input the key? Apologies if the answer is obvious but it isn't to me :) |

No. If the game client is already installed, you can use the same client to play on either or both accounts. |

Hi again
I now have the new licence, just to tbc at the moment. I bought the digital download it seemed easier. I have bought game time & received the mount reward. When I get to the log in page the new account is not showing as an option to log in to. My other accounts are all Cataclysm, could that be why? I tried a few times and it definately isn't there. Any suggestions please? Thank you |

Could you try changing your battle.net password, it usually refreshes your account and then hopefully the game client will pick up the new account.

Actually it didn't show straight after I changed password but I deselected remember account name (my email address) re tried and there it was. Thank you very much, have a glass of something chilled on me. |
