I sold my guild 12.5level name quality on my server on a guy and the agreement is i give guild master to him and he gives me 25k for the sell.. he said ok then i promoted him gm then he went to trade the g and he disconnected after kicking me off the guild..
the guy took the guild then he gave the guild to his friend that we were on party with him when i sold the guild.... i want the guild back I made ticket for scamming to GM's and it says 18 days to reply????????????????? SERIOUSLY? wtf is going on? 1 employee for 500000000tickets?? they even dont see what is important on tickets or not.. i need blue post and reply on my ticket fast.... at start tickets were 3 days max delay and now 18..........srsly |

As the "sale" of guilds is not supported it's generally something done at the player's risk. As such it's unlikely the GM's will be able to assist with the return of the guild, being given the gold. They won't grant you access to the guild bank or it's contents either. Only the guild leader or someone with appropriate permission in the guild can do so.
It's possible they can take action against the player who scammed you I suppose. Also remove the caps from your title thread, aside from the names of the players. Topics all in caps are considering attention seeking and frowned upon, and it's not going to get your thread answered any faster.

No-one is waiting 14 days unless they're abandoning & reopening their ticket.
As the others have said, please remove the names as it's not allowed in the forums. As guild trading isn't supported by Blizzard, there's a good chance you may not get it back ... but if you state the date & times of conversations with the guy and which chat channel it took place in, they'll investigate it. |

If anyone is having '14' it's due to either having to provide more information after the first contact and having to wait a bit more. Not 14 until the first reply. |

Yes, it does. Depending on the issue it might get filtered into different 'lanes'. Not knowing the way their departments handle them we can't know how it works though. |

Oh yes, if it's about beta queries it's likely they're taking the longest, since many are bound to be sending tickets about issues with the beta and it all piles up, specially since all they can do is say they can't do anything.

I appreciate you are frustrated Arcanemaniac, but as our regulars have kindly pointed out, such transactions are not supported by us and as such this is something that we may not be able to assist you with. Please do keep your petition open however and we will certainly investigate into the matter.

ok so i go afk for over 30 days to log back into my other server to find that all my char's are guildless from my own guild because someone who wasn't even in the guild when i left had somehow joined the guild and dethroned me apparrantly and kicked everyone of my chars and my partners chars and he is the only one in the guild now and you tell me that's not stealing a guild ,i ticketed a GM and told them my situation and was basically told they couldn't do anything so all my hard work has gone and the items in the guild bank were my own items too as the guild basically consisted of me and my partners char's and a good friend and a few random's must of joined while i was afk , so i didnt see a problem with using the guild bank as storage space and yet this person is not a theif ?
The dethrowning rules should be only allowed by officers not some random in the guild ,i would like my guild back ,i find this rule highly insulting that all my work goes down the drain because i had personal issue's to deal with ........... If i had known that i could not have real life problems at the cost of my guild i would never of made a guild in the first place and i certainly wouldn't of put much effort into it if i had known anyone could come along a steal it ! Blizzard i'm dissapointed that you won't look into this further and return my guild to me ,you say we can't sell our accounts but yet someone can steal our guild's just because they were offline for 30 days or more then the guild master can be dethroned ,i thought that's what officer's in guild were for was to cover problems if the guild master is afk even though i actually didn't have a massive guild full of active members ,i would understand that i had failed as a guild master and deserved to be dethroned for that ,i guess it's principal that the effort i put in annoys me more that it was taken from me ............. |

The Dethroning rule has been updated to 90 days and exclusive 2, 3 and 4 this does not applies to previous dethronings. You should have been aware of the 30 day rule (been in since launch pretty much, now 90 days) Also what does this have to do with the OP? Hijacking threads is bad mmkay! |

Also someone who you had trusted with a high rank must have invited the player into the guild. People can't join a guild without being invited. Either that or one of your officers may have dethroned you then sold the guild.

I sold a lvl25 guild, it took my quite a while to find some one who agreed to give me the full amount of gold before handing him the GM, had to pass a lot of good offers but would not take the risk of giving them GM b4 i get gold
