LFM Dragon soul 25 man Alt runs

Hi , as title states im LFM to try and set up a dragon soul 25 man alt run. the reason as to why im attempting to set up these runs is cause myself and a few others i know fancy gearing alts.
we're planning on doing a full 8/8 clear on normal the first week , then once we see its working the following week we can try some hc kills. we will be raiding just 1 night a week to start , for 3 hrs. maybe more if people are up for it. Vent is a must. ____________________________________ How to apply. Is pve gear a must? if not im interested in doing some runs. Also havent raided anything this expansion (besides LFR) so im lacking tactics for fights.

If the run proves successful, I have a couple of alts that could do it. I will be waiting on info about the 1st run.
