After WW3 the captain (who destroyed it) live in the wastelands with his sniper and pilot. The captain has some what of a child like mind (Mr snippy in one episode get's attacked by mutated beasties while looking through the captains view see's lots of cuddly cartoon animals jumping around him with rainbows) as does the pilot while Mr Snippy seems to just be tagging along.

Absolutely hilarious comic with amazing drawings in a perfect environment.
