I bought the annual pass a while ago with a recurring subscription and now it's says i haven't got any game time on my WoW does this mean i have to pay a extra £10 a month along side the annual pass or is this some kind of bug?

Something probally went wrong with the payment.
Best thing is probally to contact account and payment support for that. Webform https://eu.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit |

Can you create a new subscription?
And is your Annual Pass still on your account? You can check via account management. |

My Annual pass is still on my account and its saying i can buy more game time

Then for whatever reason, your subscription has stopped.
Try getting another subscription - don't worry, you won't be made to pay twice. You don't have to pay for the Annual Pass; it's just an agreement that you will keep your account going for 12 months. Buy more game time, and this fills up Annual Pass time. |

This is the date when my Gametime expired: Expired: 23/4/2012 13:11
and this is when my Annual pass ends: Ends: 22/3/2013 19:43 |

The Annual Pass doesn't subscribe you to WoW or anything. It's just a promise that you will continue to pay for a year.
There is a short grace period in which you can go without paying, but since it is only a few days you should definitely get more game time soon, otherwise your Annual Pass may get removed, along with the bonuses of course. |

I had the same problem just now. I was on vacation this weekend and found that the payment had stopped 26.4 so 3 days frozen. I re-subscripted and atleast it not frozen anymore. Also made a ticket but it's not answered yet but I hope it didn't affect the annual pass.
