[H] <M O J O> 10m 6/8 hc recruiting shaman or hunter

Hello all! M O J O is a guild located on Anachronos horde side. We've started raiding mid Firelands and are currently progressing through the end of Dragonsoul heroic with only 2 bosses left to do. We raid in a friendly environment and shuffle people in/out depending on fights and set-ups, so we have a slight overlay of 1-3 people. We do this to ensure that we as good as always have a raid going when planned, since we all know real life can and will happen for anyone. Nonetheless, we expect high attendance from all our raiders and if not possible to come preferably with a warning beforehand towards one of the officers.
Raid nights are wednesday, friday, monday, from 20.30 to 23.30 server time. As in most guilds, this may be extended or shortened if circumstances would call for it though rarely happens. Main reason would be we're getting really close to a kill and want to get in a couple extra attempts. At the moment we are looking for either a hunter or a shaman. Shaman would need to be resto/ele or ele/resto (we're a bit heavy on melee so no spot for enhancement sorry). We expect you to know your class well, be prepared to play an off-spec for certain fights when asked, and have somewhat similar gear and/or experience. Loot is distributed through a dkp-system. Before you start going "oh god no please", we work with a weekly decay so that players can not possibly hord a ton and give newcomers no chance on loot. As I'm typing this, there's 7/12 players in the negative and newcomers start with 0 to give you an idea. On top of that we're quite low on protector tier players, so there's already at least 2 heroic tokens with your name on them (on top of virtually all mail gear as well). :) The good old cliché "even if your class isn't listed, we accept exceptional players" may hold up for some cases but there's others that we just have absolutely no place for I'm afraid. Just wanted to let that out and be honest about it. ^^ Feel free to ask though and we may consider even if you're not a shaman or hunter. You think you got what it takes?
