Has anyone had similar problems with the guild transfer and faction change service?
I recently tried to transfer my guild but ran into couple of problems, some understandable, others not. Waiting 7 days for the authenticator is understandable due to security reasons but since I didnt have a phone capable of the software and shipping an authenticator key would take some time due to where I live it took some mcgyvering. Finally I managed to get an authenticator and waited 7 days. On the 7th day I tried to transfer but with no luck, I later found out it's 7 days from when you log on to the character thats transferring after you apply the authenticator. Oh well maybe they could make that clearer. Ultimately I started the transfer which failed according to the b.net website, so I cancel it and try again but then the service says that my guild name was taken. It's like it started the transfer, encountered an error and didn't clean up afterwards :s Now i'm waiting on a ticket since saturday because my character isn't eligible for the guild transfer anymore :s Does anyone have similar experiences with this service or more importantly have any tips? :) |

I am sorry to see that you have been having troubles Flamekitten but I am afraid that the best advice would be to wait and speak to our Account and Payment team about the matter.

Contacted Account and Payment and they resolved the issued quickly and I got my guild over.
