Two experienced raiders LF [H] MoP raiding guild

Before i dive into the details, the summary of the point of this thread:
A RL friend and I are both looking to settle into a new guild (Horde only i'm afraid - Sorry alliance) ready for MoP. We both seek, due to RL commitments, a TWO night raiding guild. We aren't fussy about the nights, as we understand that a competent 2-night raiding guild is hard to come by. We also aren't ruling out guilds that raid more than two nights, but you must understand we could only fully commit to the two nights. So, a little about us: I have been playing since just before the release of TBC, where i did casual pvp and raiding. Started to get more into raiding during WoTLK and ended the expansion on 10/12 heroic ICC progress. During Cata i've done all tiers at the relevant time, with some heroic modes here and there. It was on the release of Dragon Soul where, I went from horde to alliance for a change of scenary, and into a more progress focused guild (only two nights a week). I'm currently sat at 6/8 heroic (With the guild at 7/8 and a Deathwing heroic kill imminent). I've gone from a complete nab (who hasn't) to a current core raider in a heroic guild, with previous experience of officer and raid leader duties in a previous guild. As for my friend, he started a little later than me, but has pretty much the same experience of the game, as we've both played together as horde on the same realm for years. The only differing experience being that he took a break during the end of WoTLK where ICC dragged on, and has recently come back (around a couple of months ago). He rerolled onto alliance and the same realm as myself, and has gone straight to 8/8 normal progress. The main reason we want to find a new home is that we dislike alliance. Nothing personal to alliance players, but the classes and alliance territory just doesn't do it for us. I changed alliance about a month into Dragon Soul release, mainly due to limited 2-night raiding guilds available, but also for a new flavour. Unfortunately, that flavour has run it's course for us. What can you expect from us: Well, we are both very competent players. We're quick to pick things up, quick to settle in with new players, and quick to drive ourselves to achieve the best possible results. As we can only comitt to two nights a week raiding, you can guarentee we will come prepared to the raids, focused and ready to achieve the results. We are also very versatile in what we can offer, which leads me on to my next/final point: What can we offer: Well, as it stands i currently have all 10 characters at level 85, and my friend has a maxed priest and a mage somewhere between 80 and 85 which he's levelling. So, we're not lacking the versatility. I'd mainly like to offer my druid as my main. He's the one i've spent longest raiding on, and what i currently raid heroic progression on. Ideally i'd be Balance main spec with whatever Offspec. I'm experienced in all specs however. As for my friend, he has a maxed level priest and a mage somewhere between 80-85 which he's currently levelling. (If we get exceptional offers, there may be room to shuffle around the options we could offer - but that's getting into specifics and i'd rather see what interest there is before conversing in such discussions). If you're looking for something new and get a good feel in the guild from start, we might be the one! We're experienced raiders with "achivements" of heroic progression in every teir, now in Tier13 We have 7/8 hc and some 5-6/8hc, High experienced players that is looking to form something in the near future and go for early and quick progress in MoP.
