Now before shamans are gonna go berserk on me, I mean the achievement obviously. Earlier this night I was doing an Ulduar achievement run, and we made sure to have our priest MC the Warbringer, and we had the Aura of Celerity buff, as proven by several raid members getting this achievement, yet some others (me included) didn't get it. Anyone know what this is about? It's not due to party members, as the priest was in my party and 2 people from group 1 and 2 got the achievement.

Ticket a GM. If they can confirm that people in your raid group got the achievement and you also should be eligible for it, they will grant it to you manually.

Something similiar happened to me once. I was doing Glory of the Ulduar Raider 25man. On Yogg-Saron, in phase3 the boss health went from like 10% to like 40% and people thought it would be a wipe, so 1 of the dead members of the raid group released her corpse, to find out only the health bar was bugged, and the boss did in fact not heal himself (Yogg died when his healthbar showed around 30%). All of us got the achievements, except our Shaman who released her spirit. The shammy and I (raidleader) both wrote a ticket to explain the bug, and a few days later she was manually granted the yogg+0 achi and got her glory mount.

Not the exact same thing but this is similiar to your situation.

If you meet a nice GM you'll get the ach, if you mean a GM having a bad day you'll be told to go do the ach again. Just keep on making tickets and don't give up.

Are you sure that you yourself had the buff when the boss went down? Even if the buff faded a millisecond before he died, it still wouldn't count.

Isn't the buff raid wide? Meaning either everyone gets it or no one gets it? According to wowhead.com they changed the mechanics of that buff to go from partywide to raidwide, so if 1 person gets it every raid member gets it, but correct me if I'm wrong.

So not true.. My friend went for insanity achivement ToC10 hc.. he dced on last fight and did not get achievement, he made a ticket and voila he had insanity achievement.
