resolved with BLizzard via calling CS , thanks , as always blizzard do their best.
I just noticed on my account that it looks like I have one months sub billed on my Girl Friends credit card, this was not authorized by me or my Girl Friend . I paid for one months sub last month and I would not of be able to pay for another until next week. Its strange as for the last week my connection has been 100% , today I logged into see if I could ,as it should be frozen for me and I was suprised that I could, with a 10K ping . So something's not right here. Any ideas please ? thanks |

I see I can still post too You can post on this forum even with your account frozen, regardless. I can't tell you about the other thing. Edit: and the first post changed completely, woo. Had you cancelled your account after paying for a month or did you leave it on a recurring subscription? |

Seems like the sub got renewed or you either got compromised. Best bet is to call Accounts & Payments to revert it.

I found the UK number , a little too late. In the past Ive done this as a one off payment and its looked like renew payment was pending as it was this time, only in the past I've gone out and bought a pre-paid game card. My gf was not please , I will get it canceled via Blizzard or my bank can stop it. thanks again |
