Patch 4.3.4 CS UI Changes
Patch 4.3.4 was released in Europe on Wednesday 18th April and brought with it some spiffing new support updates to the in-game interface. Now, you can report inappropriate character names, harassment, cheating and bugs directly from within the game itself; you can even submit your own suggestions for the developers!

Those testing the 64-bit World of Warcraft client may have experienced some patching issues. Our Technical Support team were well prepared though and a full step-by-step guide on how to patch the 64-bit client can be found here.

Annual Pass
In preparation for the imminent launch of Diablo III, the World of Warcraft Annual Pass is now closed for new sign-ups and the Diablo III beta has been taken offline. However, we have been doing our best to answer your questions and respond to issues related to the promotion all month.

Scroll of Resurrection
The Scroll of Resurrection continues to be the most discussed topic on the CS Forum this month. Most of the posts we receive contain general questions that our helpful community can answer, but there have been some individual issues here and there which we have done our best to address. Double Faction Change
During April, we experienced an issue with our Faction and Race change services. Some players using the service discovered that once the change had completed, they automatically received an additional ‘free’ service on the affected character. This meant that they were unable to perform additional services until this free one was removed. Initially, our account support team did a great job in fixing this for many of those affected with some behind the scenes magic, but towards the end of the month we discovered that our workarounds were no longer effective. Thankfully, the issue was promptly hotfixed and you should not experience this issue in the future. However, we sincerely apologise to all of you who were inconvenienced by this bug.

We released a spangly new version of the Mobile Armory application for Android earlier this month. Unfortunately, European players experienced some issues using the Remote Auction House service. We used this thread to keep players informed and updated.

Children’s Week

Children’s Week is currently underway and, as per tradition, the CS Forum team have prepared a helpful central thread to cover any possible support issues that may arise during the event and act as a place where you can ask questions and share your experiences.

May is going to be one HELL of a month for Blizzard fans. I’m sure everyone is super excited about the launch of Diablo III and our customer support teams are preparing themselves to help you heroes out once the game launches on the 15th. In addition, the Darkmoon Faire returns to your shores on the 6th and Children’s Week is still on-going. We’ll be here, as always, making sure that you guys are supported in case anything goes wrong.

This is more about what has happened during the course of April and while *technically* Battle.net Item Restoration launched right at the end of the month, this is something we'll add to next month's round-up as by then it'll have had more visibility. :)
