Ok so I'm from England and I just bought the dragon called "Heart of the aspects" for 25$ which is something like £16 ish. I got to the last part after buying it to attach it onto my account and everytime I click continue it comes up with a error message saying -
"An error has occurred. This code is region-specific, so it can only be redeemed on a World of Warcraft license from the same geographic region." I then realised when I bought this dragon I was on the US battle.net not EU battle.net. I have no idea what to do, Is there any way I can fix this or am I doing something wrong? :( |

I think you'll have to poke Account and Payment support for this. If you can call from a landline or use Skype with the UK number it'll be much faster than ticketing. Don't use a cell if possible as that will have cost whereas landline should be free (check with the provider first though) http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/contact

Call/Contact Accounts & Payments to get the payment refunded so you can try again - this time in the region Europe shop ;)
