[A] <Arise n Ruin> 8/8hc - Recruiting for Hardcore

Hello fellow citizens of the best server, Ravencrest.
We're looking for really good players to go on with our project of turning the guild into an Hardcore guild. After having cleared 3 weeks ago heroic modes with meta achievement also, playing nearly casual, we decided to split our main group in 2 groups. We had yesterday our first combo run and both groups performed good, just need some more tweaking and allow us to raid in MoP on different bosses with different groups at the same time, expecting the same result: bosses down. We're aiming to have 3-4 groups progressing, so 3-4 equal groups (wont repeat more than this time: there wont be a main group. As also we'll switch players between groups to have specific setups for specific bosses when we progress), now we have 2 and we're focusing in tweaking these 2 groups now, the third and eventually the forth will come later but feel free to apply even for them to have your trial spot. We need asap: - Shadow priest with holy offspec, with both good gear - Resto Shaman (with Offspec would be nice) Other classes will be highly considered, as we're looking for the best players who want to have a challenge as we're aiming for the high EU ranks. Atm we have a sort of schedule of raiding times, but since we can clear in 1 day or we can just have some trials, can change a lot. Anyway raiding times atm (in mop will be more intense in the start) are: wed-thur-sun-tue from 21.00 to 00.00 We expect from players high attendance, professional knowledge of their class and his mechanics, mature behaviour and patience to reach an hardcore setup.
